Knee massagers are popular online, and so are fake reviews. Whether you're looking at KneeZen or any other brand, these checks help:
- Look at the dates. Lots of reviews posted within a few days of each other, especially for a new product, is a warning sign.
- Read the wording. Repeated phrases, vague praise ("amazing product!!") and no mention of how it was actually used often mean the reviews aren't genuine.
- Check the low ratings. Real products get some mixed reviews. A wall of five-star ratings with no criticism at all is unusual.
- Watch for medical promises. A review claiming a massager "cured my arthritis" is not believable. Massagers can feel soothing; they don't cure conditions.
