The official store checklist
Use these six checks on any website selling KneeZen, or any product you haven't bought before. If a shop fails one of them, pause before paying.
- The web address is kneezen.co.uk. Type it yourself rather than clicking an unfamiliar advert. Watch for extra words, swapped letters or a different ending.
- The padlock is showing. Your browser should show a secure connection (https) on every page, especially at checkout.
- Checkout is a recognised platform. KneeZen checkout is handled by Shopify. You should never be asked to pay by bank transfer, gift card or a message app.
- Prices are clear and in pounds. Genuine KneeZen costs £59.95 for one, £104.95 for two, or £179.80 for two plus three gel packs, with free delivery.
- There's a returns policy you can read. Ours is on the returns page: 60 days from delivery.
- You can contact the seller. Our contact page is linked from every page.
